2-Ingredient Cinnamon Tea for Blood Clots, High Blood Sugar, Inflammation, and More

  • 3 inch cinnamon stick
  • Water


  • Boil the cinnamon stick in 1 1/4 cups water for 15-20 minutes
  • Remove from heat and allow to steep for an additional 15 minutes

Lemon And Cinnamon Tea: Made with 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 cups water, 4 cloves, 2 bags of tea, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, and slices of lemon for decoration.

Spiced Persimmon Turmeric Tea: Made with 8 cups water, 6 cinnamon sticks, 1 piece fresh ginger, 1 piece fresh turmeric root, 1 teaspoon peppercorns, 1 large fuyu persimmon, and sweetener to taste.

Ginger Cinnamon Tea For Cold Season: Made with 3 cinnamon sticks, 2 inches fresh ginger root, 5 cloves garlic, 2 cups water, 2 lemons, 1 inch turmeric, and raw honey to taste.

Note: Always opt for Ceylon cinnamon whenever possible for best results.
